Free For All Fridays!
As a Nutritional Consultant, I encourage my clients to have one day a week to enjoy the foods they crave. This is to prevent them from completely falling off of the wagon because they are following a nutritional protocol. We all have our favorite foods to eat and we should still enjoy them once in a while. So this 'cheat day' for me is usually on Friday and I've named it "Free For All Fridays!"
